英国投资移民贷款法案新政策
The following significant changes are due to be laid before Parliament on Nov 22, 2022 and are scheduled to come into force on 13 December 2022:
Investors
・ Funds invested by a Tier 1 Investor in accordance with their visa requirements must be custodised in the UK and not offshore;
・ Investments made by a Tier 1 Investor in accordance with their visa requirements may not be used as security for a loan.
